Simmering Walnut husks in water creates a natural dark hair rinse that can work well as a handmade hair dye. Walnut husks are a totally natural meals product and very few folk have any kind of allergic response to it.

To put together the rinse, add walnut husks to a pan of water on the stove. Permit this to simmer for 30 to forty five minutes and flip off the heat, and then permit the husks to cool and steep in the water for at least an hour before executing the rinse to hair. Let your hair to dry normally and then rinse of the walnut husk water.

The end result will be a smoother, darker shade of brown. When the combination is used on red or blonde hair, the outcomes will not be as noticeable, so repeated use might be needed for true darkening.

Not everybody wants to go shiny or brown. If lighter is what you are looking for, hydrogen peroxide can present the final effect. You do need to be careful but as peroxide is very strong and can harm the hair if you use too much. If you have delicate skin, please does a skin check first to be sure you do not have an allergic response to the peroxide.

For all over colour change, simply moist the hair with a diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide and allow to sit on the hair for a short time, between five and fifteen minutes at the most.

Then wash the hair immediately, and use a deep conditioner. Some folk will repeat this process till their hair lightens more, although I do not recommend this as you might harm the hair in the process.

For hair highlights, apply the hydrogen peroxide to the hair with a cotton ball, and leave on for time before rinsing. Some folk recommend leaving it on the hair for up to sixty minutes, although I assume a few minutes is plenty, because peroxide is quite strong. The longer you leave it on your hair, the lighter the highlights. For a more gradual approach, do a brief highlighting treatment every day for a week.
